Rabbit. Cooked.

Here is the result!

Rabbit.

Tonight for dinner I'm going to cook up rabbit in white wine, with some bacon for fat, and vegetables in chicken stock. What do you guys think of this dish? I found this recipe in a cook book for Russian dishes, but clearly this is more French than anything.
