Rabbit.

Tonight for dinner I'm going to cook up rabbit in white wine, with some bacon for fat, and vegetables in chicken stock. What do you guys think of this dish? I found this recipe in a cook book for Russian dishes, but clearly this is more French than anything.

  4. Aww, the poor bunny but I had rabbit already. My parents had lied to me <_< and told me it was iguana. Rabbit tastes good and this recipe sounds delicious!
